Kredyt na samochód - Medicine

Stroną dominującą w stosunku kredytowym wobec kredytobiorcy jest bank, który określa warunki kredytu i jest uprawniony do kontroli jego wykorzystania oraz uzależnia przyznanie kredytu od zdolności kredytowej, przy czym nie jest zobowiązany do udzielenia kredytu, nawet jeżeli osoba ubiegająca się o kredyt ją posiada.


Kredyt preferencyjny - kredyt z dopłatami budżetu państwa wykorzystywany jako instrument sterowania rolnictwem. Stanowi pośrednią formę dofinansowania rolnictwa z budżetu państwa. Minusy: zniekształcają rachunek ekonomiczny i nie zabezpieczają przed wykorzystaniem środków.
Kredyt bankowy - operacja polegająca na postawieniu przez bank do dyspozycji kredytobiorcy na czas oznaczony określonej kwoty środków pieniężnych, z przeznaczeniem na określony cel. Kredytobiorca zobowiązuje się do korzystania z kredytu na warunkach określonych w umowie, zwrotu kwoty wykorzystywanego kredytu wraz z odsetkami w określonym terminie spłaty oraz zapłaty prowizji od udzielonego kredytu.
W zależności od okresu kredytowania wyróżniamy kredyty krótkoterminowe (do 1 roku), średnioterminowe (od 1 roku do 3 lat) i długoterminowe (powyżej 3 lat).

Kredyt towarowy (zwany również kupieckim lub handlowym) to postawienie do dyspozycji towarów będących przedmiotem wymiany rynkowej. Występuje on wówczas, gdy normalna transakcja kupna-sprzedaży przekształca się w stosunek kredytowy ze względu na odroczenie terminu zapłaty. Kredyt umożliwia prowadzenie działalności handlowej w sytuacji, gdy potencjalni nabywcy nie mają wystarczających środków finansowych, aby kupić towar w momencie oferowania go do sprzedaży, a równocześnie sprzedawcy nie mogą znaleźć nabywców, którzy mogliby natychmiast zapłacić im gotówką.
